Coaching is a highly individualized service that is dependent from client to client as to the duration of the coaching relationship. Most clients find that sustainable change and movement toward individualized goals occurs after eight to twelve sessions. Coaching sessions typically occur weekly, sometimes, bi-monthly, lasting 50-55 minutes. These sessions typically take place over the phone or skype. Face-to-Face sessions may be arranged in certain circumstances.

All coaching sessions include a brief written summary in order for the client and coach to track progress over time and to maintain momentum forward. Email and text support is available throughout the coaching process.

Individual Coaching

Individual Coaching focuses on the client’s specific challenges, values, needs, and desires. Individual coaching allows for maximization of personal growth focusing on extreme care of self.

Couples/Parent-Child Coaching

Working as a team to support one another facing mutually agreed upon challenges is the goal of couples or the parent/child dyad. The dyad identifies joint values and goals working towards strengthening the spousal parenting partnership or the parent-child relationship while working toward common goals, supporting one another.

Group Coaching

Sometimes, coming together in community, knowing you are not alone, and working towards common themes and goals while facing common challenges or varied challenges serves to be a great source of support and movement towards an ideal. The support of the group, walking a similar path, can often be a lifeline. Group coaching may be a good fit with a group of individuals who may be facing similar struggles. Please Contact Me to explore whether group coaching is a good option that may benefit you or you and a group of individuals, while being supported by a life coach, acting as guide and facilitator.

Speaking

Please Contact Me for your next moms group, community or parenting gathering to speak on a variety of topics. As a developmental psychologist who has studied normative developmental patterns from the infancy through adolescence, as well as parenting for optimal development, I would be pleased to work with you or your group. I welcome the opportunity to tailor any child development or parenting topic to specifically meet your groups needs.
